dotgnu on ARM?

Hi,

Does anybody know if it is possible to run dotgnu on ARM, using recent
eabi tools?

root@phyCORE-PXA270:~> ./ilrun a.out
metadata error in token 0x02000001: bad FieldDef index
a.out: invalid metadata in image

The same a.out, being run with a natively compiled ilrun, starts fine on
x86.
