0.5.0 pre-releases ready for testing

We are gearing up for a 0.5.0 release of Forms, Common and Deigner in
the next few days. As usual, we have a series of (about daily) pre-
releases available for testing on the website as "0.4.99" releases, in
an effort to squish any last-minute bugs.

If you are an existing GNUe user, it would be very helpful for us if you
could download the pre-releases and check that they work with any
applications you have written using the GNUe tools. In particular, as
previously advised, the 0.5.0 version of the tools introduces a new,
incompatible, *.gfd (GNUe Forms Definition) format. There is a
conversion tool that automates much (but not all) of the conversion from
old to new format, and this also needs testing.
