OK, while we are thinking about this, I changed it, bzr 942.

Is this automatic or manual?  So I take it after the next push/sync,
then the latest commits will show in:
   http://www.gnuenterprise.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ .
I guess the sync process makes all SVN commits as reinhard rather than as
the BZR	committer, per what I observe in viewCVS?

Aside: it looks like Forms can fall back to a default configuration where
Designer gives fatal error - I was thinking to trace them side-by-side
shortly.
