No, it is a PIII 32bit system. The "uuidtype=random" work around didn't work. I hard coded self.hwaddresses = [ "00:40:f4:1e:54:04" ] [...] self.__currNode = "%02x" * ( 0x00, 0x40, 0xf4, 0x1e, 0x54, 0x04 ) in /usr/local/gnue/lib/python/gnue/common/utils/uuid.py and GNUe Appserver started. If you tell me what information you need, I will be glad to help you porting uuid.py to FreeBSD 5.4. Thanks.
