GNUe AppServer does not provide web services, the general purpose of
AppServer is to serve as a backend to GNUe Forms.

However, there is the possibility to use the "webfrontend" extension of
GNUe AppServer. I have never used it, maybe somebody on this list can
give you some help about it.
