Hello,

I've been unsuccessful in registering an account with the issue tracker.
 The systems response times are very long [up to more than 3 minutes
request-response loop], yet I managed to receive a confirmation mail for
my registration request.

Yet neither the link nor the return mail seem to have activated my account.

How should I proceed?
