Switching to Python 2.5 for Windows installers

Dear all,

I've just uploaded a new gnue-runtime-environment and new windows
installers for gnue-common, gnue-forms and gnue-reports, all based on
Python 2.5.

Please note that each .exe installer only works with a specific Python
version, so I decided to start to append the Python version number to
the exe files.

*** You cannot mix (old) Windows packages built for Python 2.3 with
(new) Windows packages built for Python 2.5 ***
