These 3 points run under the heading "input masks" and this is something
we are planning to redo completely.

In the gnue-designer/po directory, simply run "make".

If you are running from svn (that is, if you used setup-cvs.py), that
should be all that's needed. If you have installed via ./setup.py
install, then you have to do that again.
