I do have visual foxpro and it has a few util's that can get the work done. But I'm converting a lot of tables and it takes a long time to setup. I was hoping someone had a simple tool to get it done. I really thought it would be available (after all they say DBF is the most popular table stru on a PC). Again thanks. John
