Doh. You said Windows, didn't you?

I remember having the same problem and finding out it's a bug that only
occures when you have a non-english locale setting. Appearantly I was
too busy at that time to fix it :(

IIRC it had something to do with string.uppercase and string.lowercase
being locale dependent.
