trigger recipe

Hello.

I've been looking for the way to solve an issue derived of using
different tables making a logical record inside a form in a transparent
way, for the user to behave as if they were just one table.

I've put a pre-release of the recipe in the wiki, but chances are that
it includes serious mistakes, so I'll wait hackers (and best english
speakers) confirmation before linking it from trigger recipes page.
