initial setup - GNUe-Forms-0.54

Trying to set up
GNUe-0.54
Common, no problems
Designer, no problems
Forms, problems
root@localhost gnue]# cd GNUe-Forms-0.5.4
[root@localhost GNUe-Forms-0.5.4]# ./setup.py install
running install
checking mxDateTime library

Could not import the mx.DateTime package.
Please install mxDateTime from the mxtools suite.
The file 'INSTALL' contains more information about dependencies.

Install directions send me to
<http://www.lemburg.com/file/python/mxDateTime.html> which doesn't offer
anything.

Thus, it won't install.

Ideas?
