Thanks for pointing that out.  I was behind in keeping the page up to
date.  And since I think that I will probably always be behind in
tracking alpha releases I removed that reference for simplicity.

The reference above takes you directly to the directory and from there
someone can easily pull the latest available test release so I believe
this is fine.  I will do this to the other two *utils as well.
