New improvements for shred

Hi, I saw your program shred.c and I've made some
improvements, like recursive, interactive mode and
dereference links.

In the attached file is there the diff patch and
a little file which describes the installation
process.

This is my first open-project collaboration,
(i.e. possibly I've made a lot of mistakes
in the code) but I hope you can find this
improvements usefull, tell me about any error
(even bad English speaking ;), about the update
of the docs if you decide to include the code in
the next release or about any other thing.
