The output format of  ls --full-time

(day of week, abbrev. word) (month, abbrev. word) (day of month, number) 
hh:mm:ss YYYY

seems a bit crazy.

See ISO 8601: YYYY[-MM[-DD[ hh[:mm[:ss]]]]]
