rm recover

hi,

 I was wondering if you guys know of an easy way to recover files after rm 
(without -f) has been applied. 

File didn't live long ago to get backed up and it was accidentally deleted. 
I'm now using rm_secure and linking rm to it but I rather just have teh option 
of restoring file.

Could you please help?
