descript.ion support

Hello!
I think adding support for descript.ion files in fileutils would be 
useful, not only because 4DOS or apache supports such descript.ion 
files, but because it is useful for adding comments to files without 
having to put it in the filenames.
I did a seach on fileutils mail archive for "4dos","4DOS" or 
"*descript.ion*" and got no results. It seems that this was not 
discussed before...
