About an error

I have Ibm XSeries 232 model Ibm Server with PCQ linux 7.1 , I want to install Teaming with two Nic card one Intel and II is Realtek 8139 model , i m using ( iANS-1.7.33a.tar.gz) files .
When i m trying to ./INSTALL command i have seen an error ( Make file:140: *** Linux Kernal Sourse not found . STOP       Make Failed )  please give me solutation about my problem if it is possible. Is it possible to install that software on PCQ 7.1 linux
