[PATCH 5/6] maint: ensure .deps/ in the project root is ignored by git

* .gitignore (.deps/): Add entry.
* find/.gitignore (/.deps/): Remove here.
* lib/.gitignore: Likewise.
* locate/.gitignore: Likewise.
* xargs/.gitignore: Likewise.
