Hello.
At this time there is no way to gracefully stop xargs.
If I kill main process all current running jobs will be killed too.
The most graceful way I know is to decrease maxprocs to 1, wait for this one
new process to start and then kill xargs.

Am I missing something?
If no - I suggest to allow to decrease maxprocs to 0 (or use any other signal)
to tell xargs it needs to stop after batch will be done.
