[PATCH] doc: avoid sc_prohibit_unhyphenated_eof failure

'make syntax-check' complains:
  maint.mk: use "end-of-file", not "end of file"
  make: *** [cfg.mk:273: sc_prohibit_unhyphenated_eof] Error 1

* doc/find.texi (xargs options): Change as suggested by the SC rule.
