[PATCH] maint: remove declared-only find_pred_name

Only user was inside a an #ifdef DEBUG / #endif block.
Introduced with -context in commit v4.5.5-42-g1a05af6a.

* find/parser.c (parse_context): Remove #ifdef/#endif block.
* find/defs.h (find_pred_name): Remove declaration.
