Gama-local on windows 10

Hello,

I want to use the QGIS plug-in SurveyingCalculation and I have to install
gama-local.
I work on Windows Pro 10 64 bits and I don't know how to install gama-local
after download the program (gama-local-1.18-32bit-vc2015.exe) at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnu-gama-builds/

When I clic on the program, a window open and close instantly...

Can you help me please ?
