GNU Gengetopt 2.20 has been released. It is available from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gengetopt/ and mirrors of that site (see list of
mirror sites at http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html).

GNU Gengetopt generates a C function that uses getopt_long function
to parse the command line options, validate them and fill a
struct.

Version 2.20

    * if --include-getopt is specified the generated parser is actually
independent of getopt.h (bug fixed thanks to Tiago Menezes)
    * in help output do not generated a section if all its options are
hidden
      (thanks to Edsko de Vries)
    * --default-optional permits specifying that all options are by default
      optional (unless explicitely specified)
    * fixed a bug when generating --full-help handling in case
--no-handle-help is specified (thanks to Thomas Boehne)
    * fixed a bug in the included getopt code when --include-getopt is
specified
    * fixed a bug when using args entry in the .ggo file
      (thanks to Christian Gagneraud)
