GNU Gengetopt 2.15

GNU Gengetopt 2.15 has been released.  It is available from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gengetopt/ and mirrors of that site (see list of
mirror sites at http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html).

GNU Gengetopt generates a C function that uses getopt_long function
to parse the command line options, validate them and fill a
struct.

Version 2.15

    * option parts can be specified in any order
    * options can be hidden (not shown in the --help output)
    * an option can depend on another option
    * when converting a numeric string check for the result
    * when enumerated options are used, the value stored in the _arg field
      is an actual value specified in the list, and not the one specified
      at the command line (which can be abbreviated)
