you should use the "usage" string in the .ggo file:

package "rxc"
version "0.1"
usage "rxc [OPTIONS]... <host> <command>"
args "--file-name=ccmdline"
purpose "this is a client for the remote execute package"
option "port" p "tcp port number" short typestr="port number" no

This should give you the output you want.
