feature request: convert ggo files to XML

Hi,
It would be nice if gengetopt would be able to convert a ggo file into
XML. Then it would be possible to write XSLT scripts that could
generate documentation in other formats, e.g.

* man pages
* docbook
* html

The generated documentation would contain something like the output
from "--help".
