I have tried install cvs version of gift again, but the errors is the same.

I have indexed with:

gift-add-collection.pl /home/mercedes/images

/home/mercedes/images is the image's directory.

I don't know what happens

When I install the gift, the install directory is gift, but doesn't
create /gift/bin.

could the problem be there?

How can I solve it?

I'm desperate because I need use gift now...

It seems that the indexing is ok, but it appears this error at the end:
