I've seen you managed to upload it. :-)

There are two problems with 0.1.15c:

- The --enable-perl-plugin switch works but its 
counterpart --disable-perl-plugin doesn't. Both arguments *enable* the 
perl stuff.

- You emptied the "Doc" directory but forgot to remove it from 
configure.in. Patch attached.
