Yes, I've tried to use http://URL instead file:/URL but nothing changes. I've downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=116038 and http://viper.unige.ch/demo/php/demo.php a PHP interfaces but the first give me an GIFT ERROR the second I can't make it work. If I remember correctly this could be part of the problem. Otherwise I am not sure whether the charmer interface is still in use somewhere. I would recommand using one of the php interfaces that are more lightweight.
