Inverted file generation

Hi GIFT group,

   I'm interesting in finding out exactly how the inverted
index structure works. But I can't seem to find the source
for it. I notice that in gift-0.1.15, the binary
gift-generate-inverted-file is used to index the feature data,
but where is the source? Please shed some light.
