Hi wolfgang.
sorry , I have delayed the problem-hunting. I tryed something today.
According to your words , I set my JAVA_HOME properly. I put the files
which were included in  Charmer  into pic_thumnails. But this doesn't
help.
you can find the structure of my directory in the attachments.
I want to know how I can make the applet to serve from the same
location as the images.
