Hello hackers,

It is my great pleasure to announce the release of GLOBAL-6.7.

GLOBAL is a source code tagging system that works the same way
across diverse environments such as Emacs, Vi, Less, Bash,
web browsers and etc. It is useful for hacking large projects.

[INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES]
o gtags: the --skip-unreadable was deprecated.
  Any file that cannot be read is skipped with a warning message,
  regardless of whether this option is used.

[CHANGES]
Change name:
The names of the system and the project were changed from
"GNU GLOBAL" to "GNU Global".

New functions:
o gtags: config variable 'libexecdir' was added.
o configure: --with-fts option was added.
  Now you can build Global with BSD fts library; it improves the
  directory tracing method and boosts performance. However, this
  feature disables the argument for the --skip-symlink option.
  Fts library is included in BSD and GNU glibc.
