Hello hackers,

It is my great pleasure to announce the release of GLOBAL-6.3.2.

GLOBAL is a source code tagging system that works the same way across
diverse environments, for example, emacs, vi, less, bash, web browser
and etc. It is useful for reading source code of large projects.

[CHANGES]
New facilities:
o Pygments plug-in parser by Yoshitaro MAKISE.
  By this parser, you can apply gtags(1) to wide variety of programming
  languages supported by Pygments. The method of plug-in is very simple.
  See 'plugin-factory/PLUGIN_HOWTO.pygments' for details.
  It should mention especially that Pygments plug-in parser can treat both
  definitions and references using Exuberant Ctags together.
