Cannot find definitino with ctags backend anymore

How to reproduce:

- Install GNU Global 6.4 or 6.5 and ctags 5.8
- Run the command "gtags --gtagslabel=ctags" at the project root for
languages not supported by GNU Global (i.e. Python)
- Run the command "global -d <tag_in_project>" and global returns nothing.
