Firefox remote option removed

Hello,

Firefox have removed the -remote command live option since version 39.
It can only be activated by a compilation flag (source:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1080319). Could you modify
gozilla so that it calls Firefox with the following syntax: "firefox
http://www.example.com/"?
