Updating tags should use the same settings as original gtags invocation

Hi Shigio

Assume there is a database with gtags, specifying gtagslabel, etc. It
appears that ‘global -u’ doesn't apply the same options to gtags. Wouldn't
it make sense to preserve these settings?
