Not all languages enabled in Exuberant Tags

I've recently started using Global but I'm using quite a lot of
languages - most of those aren't supported by default but they are
supported by Exuberant CTags.

I couldn't make them to work, after looking further I found that
languages have to be enabled at ctags in order for file reading to
happen.

Solution was to add "--languages=3Dall" as an argument to ctags in file
/plugin-factory/exuberant-ctags.c

I'm running this changed build and it works as I expect it to.
