How can I get Redhat's 7.x global-rpm?

I'm interested in downloading GLOBAL rpm for Redhat 7.x. 

I'm failing in accesing the site linked from http://www.gnu.org/software/global/download.html.


Can I get it in other site? Where?

Do you know the name of the rpm I'm looking for?
