This isn't really a help request, but I didn't know where else to send it.

The win32 download link that you have on the downloads page,

  http://adoxa.3eeweb.com/global/index.html

is broken, and just returns an error message.

I've compiled the latest 6.2.8 for win32 (except for gtags-cscope), and put
a ZIP package online at

  http://goo.gl/20oy4e

If you want to link to that file, or download it and put it somewhere else,
either is fine.
