global.cgi not working in Windows

Hi,

I have generated the HTML and cgi script using  gtags
and htags commands.
When I configure the global.cgi it is not working
properly. It is giving pattern not found, even the
symbol is present in the tags database. ( I could able
to test this with with command line global ). 

I am testing with apache 2.0 in windows 2000.
Anybody tested global.cgi in windows?

Can you help?
