I and Matyas would like to contribute the attached example GMPL model in 
the next release of GLPK. Reviews, opinions, suggestions and bug reports 
are kindly welcome!
This is a generic QUBO model that processes arbitrary quadratic 
unconstrained binary optimization problems.
