Announce: passagemath-glpk 10.5.30

passagemath-glpk (https://pypi.org/project/passagemath-glpk/) is one
of the pip-installable components of the modularized SageMath library,
developed by the passagemath project. It supports CPython 3.9-3.13 on
GNU/Linux and another POSIX platform and provides binary wheels for
these platforms on PyPI.
passagemath-glpk provides a backend for linear and mixed integer
linear optimization backend using GLPK.
