Hi there,

I'd like to get involved with glpk development, and I found the
information on the website: https://www.gnu.org/software/glpk/ but I'm
used to tools like GitHub, and I don't see how to get started.

Are contributions to the code encouraged? If that's the case, is there
a github repo (or similar) somewhere, or am I expected to download the
latest tar.gz, and send a diff with my changes to the email addresses
mentioned in the website?

I'm happy to help with setting up a repo if there is not one, and there
is interest, just let me know.
