There is a new development snapshot of Gnucap available. The most significant change since the last snapshot is that modelgen models can have optional nodes. Since all of the semiconductor models are done through the modelgen, now the BJT's substrate node is optional, improving Spice compatibility. I hope to have a regular release soon. The program itself should be ok. There are a few details to be taken care of. One of them is a licensing problem with latex2html. That's all.
