error with current-mirror

Hey all

While simulating some current-mirror circuits, I got stuck on some weird
error... I don't know if this is a bug, non-implemented or just some
stupid mistake of myselve ;)

Below I pasted the error and my circuit. I tested this on gnucap 0.33 on
 a debian and a gentoo machine.
