Hey all While simulating some current-mirror circuits, I got stuck on some weird error... I don't know if this is a bug, non-implemented or just some stupid mistake of myselve ;) Below I pasted the error and my circuit. I tested this on gnucap 0.33 on a debian and a gentoo machine. #Time I(Rl) did not converge 0. -0.071605 very backward time step convergence failure (itl4) zero time step internal error: step control (adt=1e-12,rdt=-6.10352e-13) time0=2.2207e-12 time1=1.2207e-12 rtime=6.10352e-13 This is my circuit: flecxie@lisa:~/ef$ cat ef.ckt Emitter Follower .include ca3046.mdl Vcc 66 0 10 Vee 0 99 10 Vs 11 0 SIN(0 1 1k 0) Q1 66 11 13 0 CA3046 Q2 13 12 99 0 CA3046 Q3 12 12 99 0 CA3046 R1 66 12 199 Rl 13 0 100 .print tran I(Rl) .tran 0 2e-3 1e-6 > ef.dat hf michael -- Michael De Nil --- [email protected] Linux lisa.flex-it.be running 48 days
