looks good to me.

There is a list of forward declarations that was suppposed to 
cover things like this, and also document what's in the file.  
But it is incomplete, therefore now useless.  I think I will 
remove it.

At one point, I did that in all files.  It seemed helpful in the 
C days, but often became incorrect later, so I removed most of 
them.
