I've created the sub-projects, under "gnucap".

The following commands work:

anonymous git clone:
   git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gnucap/gnucap-adms.git
   git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gnucap/gnucap-gui.git
   git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gnucap/gnucap-models.git
   git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gnucap/gnucap-modelgen-verilog.git
   git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gnucap/gnucap-plugins.git
   git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/gnucap/gnucap-tools.git
   
Or using Savannah user:

   git clone [email protected]:/srv/git/gnucap/gnucap-adms.git
   git clone [email protected]:/srv/git/gnucap/gnucap-gui.git
   git clone [email protected]:/srv/git/gnucap/gnucap-models.git
   git clone [email protected]:/srv/git/gnucap/gnucap-modelgen-verilog.git
   git clone [email protected]:/srv/git/gnucap/gnucap-plugins.git
   git clone [email protected]:/srv/git/gnucap/gnucap-tools.git

The following web pages should work once there are commits in the
repositories:

   http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnucap/gnucap-adms.git/
   http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnucap/gnucap-gui.git/
   http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnucap/gnucap-models.git/
   http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnucap/gnucap-modelgen-verilog.git/
   http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnucap/gnucap-plugins.git/
   http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnucap/gnucap-tools.git/

I do not have write-access to these repositories, and don't want to write
needless junk in them. Please test these, and see if you can commit data into
them.

If not, please report back and I'll troubleshoot it.
