It should go in gnucap/gnucap-plugins.git . There's geda/gschem now, not ready for release. Looking to the future, there could be kicad (both schematic and pcb), qucs, geda (both schematic and pcb), xcircuit, magic, electric ... all about interchange with other projects. I think it is best to collect them.
