gnucap.rc does rely on the include command, and i think this is perfect.
the hacks in gnucap-uf are quite practical, however there are side
effects (bugs? features?).

for example, changing cwd before include works well (and transitive
includes are inevitable!!1), but the output redirection is affected.
prepending to an includepath might the preferrable and achieve the same.
gnucap does not know about includepaths right now...

what are your thoughts on either includepaths or transitivity?
